These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of our website, mobile app, smart devices, and any services we provide. By using Oasira, you agree to follow the rules below. Who Can Use Oasira
You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into agreements to use Oasira. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is real and that you’re using the platform for personal, lawful purposes — not for hacking your neighbor’s lights or reselling access to your vacuum.
Your Account, Your Responsibility
When you create an account, you agree to keep your login info safe. Don’t share your password, and please don’t blame your dog if your lights start blinking unexpectedly. You’re responsible for what happens in your account, so if anything seems off — contact us right away.
How You Can Use the Service
Oasira exists to make home life simpler, not stranger. You agree not to misuse our systems, break into other users' data, reverse engineer our code, or try to overload our services. Basically: enjoy your smart home, don’t try to break ours. We reserve the right to suspend or disable access if someone’s being sneaky or reckless.
Software, Devices, and Integrations
Some features require devices that meet certain technical requirements. From thermostats to motion sensors, we work hard to support a growing ecosystem of hardware. We also integrate with third-party services (like Alexa or Apple Home). We’re not responsible for their bugs, outages, or privacy choices — please read their terms separately.
Updates & Changes
From time to time, we might update our app, change how something works, or roll out a new feature (yes, sometimes even one you didn’t ask for). We may also need to fix bugs, patch vulnerabilities, or retire outdated features. These updates can happen with or without notice — that’s just part of keeping Oasira running smoothly.
Privacy and Your Data
Everything you share with Oasira is covered under our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data. In short: your data belongs to you. We use it only to provide better service, and we never sell it. You can view, export, or delete your data any time. You’re in control, and we’re here to respect that.
Ownership and Content
The Oasira brand, platform, software, and designs are our intellectual property. You can’t copy, modify, or reuse them without permission. Likewise, we don’t own the content you generate — from your custom scenes to the device names you give ("Living Room Vibes" is all yours).
Limits of Liability
We do our best to provide stable, secure services — but no system is perfect. Oasira is provided “as is,” and we’re not liable for indirect damages, system downtime, or smart blinds that don’t open on your birthday. Use Oasira at your own discretion, and always follow device safety guidelines.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we’ll let you know. Continued use of the platform means you’re okay with the latest version. If not, you can always close your account (but we’ll be sad to see you go).
